The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), has disbursed N3.72 billion to the six Area Councils, teachers and pension scheme as statutory allocation for the month of April. The FCT Minister of State, Dr Mariya Mahmoud, said during the 189th Joint Account Allocation Committee (JAAC), in Abuja on Friday, that the amount was 47 per cent less than the N6.32 billion disbursed in March.
