The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) says the 2,500 Barrels Per Day modular refinery being established at Egbokor, Edo State, would be ready for inauguration by the fourth quarter of 2021. Mr Yakubu Mohammed, Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), Benue Command, has warned FRSC personnel in the state against receiving bribes from motorists. A Criminologist at the University of Ibadan, Dr Oludayo Tade, has alerted the public on a new loan recovery scam reportedly being used in defrauding Nigerians. Tade raised the alarm in a statement entitled: “Loan Recovery Scam: A New Strategy for Fraud”, issued on Sunday in Ibadan. The Kebbi state government on Sunday donated 10 Hilux vehicles and 30 motorcycles to the state police command to curb the menace of criminals in the state.
