Mr Paul Omotoso has emerged the Ekiti Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) following Saturday’s State Congress. Omotoso’s emergence was through affirmation at a programme held at the Mini Pavilion, around Fajuyi’s Round About, Ado-Ekiti. The Chairman, APC congress Election Committee for Ekiti, Yusuf Galambi announced that Omotoso had been affirmed. The Central Bank of Nigeria has issued its guidelines on the disposal of Non-Permissible Income (NPI) for Non-Interest Financial Institutions (NIFI). According to a statement which was signed by the Director, Financial Policy and Regulation Department of the CBN, Chibuzo Efobi, the guidelines were issued as part of efforts to standardise the treatment and disposal of NPI by NIFI in the country. Some Government Departments and Agencies in Uganda have started demanding proof of full COVID-19 vaccination before allowing access to their premises. The National Medical Stores (NMS) on Friday said all staff and visitors must show proof of full vaccination before admission to their premises.
