Vice President Yemi Osinbajo will depart Abuja on Saturday for Abidjan to attend the meeting of the Nigeria-Cote d’Ivoire Binational Commission. The Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, has released a revised guidelines for its Anchor Borrowers’ Programme (ABP). This is contained in a document “Anchor Borrowers’ Programme (ABP) Guidelines” released by the apex bank’s Development Finance Department in September 2021.
