ASHENEWS reports that the Niger State governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago has offered six months of employment to 50 youth who have been trained on soulless farming and hydroponics.
The governor stated this when he paid host to the trainees at the government house in Minna.
He said that the trainees will be endgames to work with Niger Foods for six months, where they will be paid a monthly stipend of 100,000 naira each in addition to N20 million given to them as a token for doing the State proud.
The governor who restated his administration’s commitment to agricultural development said that the government was poised to improve its internally generated revenue.
