The Centre for Innovative and Pragmatic Development Initiative (CIPDI) has felicitated with global Muslims as they mark the completion of Ramadan fast with the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.
The President of CIPDI, Mr. Ifeanyi Nwanoro in a statement by its spokesperson, Abdallah el-Kurebe on Friday, also called on, especially Nigerian Muslims for peaceful coexistence with their brothers, devoid of ethnic, sectional or religious considerations.
“I urge you all to reflect the teachings learned in the Holy month of Ramadan on our daily lives, as well as well continue to be our brothers’ keepers in all ramifications.
“Let us also continue to pray for the unity and peaceful coexistence of our nation while upholding the lessons of patience and sacrifice with one another as exemplified in the holy month,” Nwanoro stated.
He also called on “the Nigerian women and youth to continue to be innovative, and learn skills with the view of being self-reliant, and contribute to the socioeconomic development of our nation.
“Once again, happy Eid-el-Fitri celebrations; God bless you all; God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” he added.
