The Super Eagles defeated the Jamaica National Football Team 3-0 in London on Saturday to win their fourth Unity Cup title.

Midfielder Alhassan Yusuf scored a brace in the third and 91st minutes to help Nigeria successfully defend the title.

Yusuf opened the scoring early in the match, before Terem Moffi doubled Nigeria’s lead.

Moffi’s goal came after Femi Azeez beat his marker and delivered a cross into the penalty area, which Moffi converted.

Yusuf sealed the victory in stoppage time by connecting with a pass from Phil Otele and firing beyond the Jamaican goalkeeper.

It was reported that Nigeria reached the final after defeating Zimbabwe 2-0 in the semi-final, with Femi Azeez scoring both goals.

This victory earned Nigeria a fourth Unity Cup title and a second consecutive championship, having defeated Jamaica in the previous edition.

The Unity Cup is an annual four-nation international football tournament held in London, featuring countries with large diaspora communities in the United Kingdom.
