The statement added that the apex umbrella body of Nigerian citizens studying in Nigeria and abroad, the National Association of Nigerian Students, (NANS) led by one Bamidele Danielson Akpan also wrote  on 25th June, 2020 to appreciate the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN  for  his numerous contribution to youth development and for “discharging your duties according to the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without fear or favour”.

Also, in a letter jointly signed by the National Coordinator, Adebayo Omoba and National Secretary; Malam Suleiman Musa of the Competent Governance for Accountability and Civic Trust, the group commend the Minister for nation building.

“We hereby commend your dexterous commitment and contribution to the growth of our country Nigeria. In view of your uncommon sense towards the nation building, as keen observers of your shining examples in exceptional delivery in growth and strategies in the Nigerian Ministry of Justice since you assumed office as Minister under the President Muhammadu Buhari’s led administration, our ratification revealed you as a beacon of hope across Nigeria and Africa”.

Michelles Youth Initiative For Sustainable Development, informed
Malami that they have nominated him for the award of “Anti-Corruption
Crusader” for his “passion for nation building, dedication to judiciary duties, the passion for humanitarian services, a patriotic citizen that has always stood for Nigeria, a healer that brings succor
