The suspended Dean of Faculty of Law, University of Calabar (UNICAL), Prof. Cyril Ndifon has told a Federal High Court, Abuja that Osuobeni Akponimisingha, the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC)’s counsel, was not qualified to practice as lawyer.
