Abia Government has announced a plan to start community development programmes to ensure even spread of socio-economic growth in rural areas.

ASHENEWS reports that the Chairman of the Community Development Committee (CDC), Igbogbo-Baiyeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), in Ikorodu Division, Lagos state, Abayomi Adelakun, on Monday, inaugurated new officers of the CDC Zone 4, in Baiyeku area of the LCDA.
