ASHENEWS reports that the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kebbi state, retired General Aminu Bande, and the party have filed an appeal against the judgement of the state Governorship Tribunal, which affirmed the victory of Nasir Idris and his deputy, Umar Abubakar.
