Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, the Labour Party (LP) candidate for the 2023 governorship election in Lagos State, has reiterated his commitment to continued support for the wellness and well-being of Lagosians.

He made this known as he recently launched a new mobile application to provide economic opportunities and policy information to Lagos residents in honour of the magnanimous support he received from them during the 2023 gubernatorial election.

The web app, known as “Our Lagos,” offers users access to grants, skill development programs, job opportunities, and information about Rhodes-Vivour’s policy proposals for the state.

Speaking at the launch event, Rhodes-Vivour described the initiative as “a practical tool to empower the people who believe in a better state.”

Rhodes-Vivour emphasised, “It’s about demonstrating a different approach to leadership – one centered on service, accountability, and genuinely improving lives.”

The new platform features three main components: a grant program for small businesses and entrepreneurs, skill development courses tailored to current market demands, and a job portal connecting users with employment opportunities through partnerships with private companies.

The app also includes a section dedicated to policy discussions, where users can access detailed information about Rhodes-Vivour’s vision for Lagos State across sectors, including infrastructure, healthcare, education, and economic development.

It is important to note that the Our Lagos app is the first of its kind in the state, and he encourages Lagos residents to access its numerous opportunities via www.ourlagos.ng.
