ASHENEWS can authoritatively report that government appointees in Cross River State who fail to deliver their various polling units for the All Progressive Congress candidates in the forthcoming governorship and State Assemblies elections, risk being relieved of their positions.

Eba who explained that the directives affect all appointees at the local, state, and federal levels, enjoined all to return to their polling units for massive door-to-door campaigns to secure victory for APC candidates for the governorship and House of Assembly positions in the state.
“Go home and work. Work as if we are challenging a serious opposition, work as if we have a man standing,”he said.
The party chairman whose senatorial district (Cross River North) could not secure victory for the senatorial ambition of the incumbent Governor Ben Ayade during the February 25 elections, also added, “go home and interface with your people, if you do not deliver you will forfeit March and April salaries, “
