The Sokoto Division of the Appeal Court in Wednesday, dismissed appeals nos. CA/S/160/2022, CA/S/159/2022 and CA/S/157/2022 filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Sen. Muhammadu Admau Aliero and Dr. Yahaya Abdullahi.
The appeals were filed by Aliero against Haruna Dandio Saidu and Abdullahi against Sani Bawa Abdullahi who contested against them in the primary election of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kebbi state.
