#COVID19Nigeria Nigeria on Wednesday, reported 517 new cases of coronavirus.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on its Twitter handle @NCDCgov stated that the new cases were reported in 14 states.
According to the tweet, Akwa Ibom recorded the highest of 293, followed by Lagos state which recorded 101.
Kwara, Nasarawa and Plateau recorded the lowest with two cases each.

The Centre disclosed that Nigeria now has a total of 262,402 confirmed cases, 256,006 discharged cases and 3,147 recorded as deaths.
