ASHENEWS reports that former lawmaker, Senator Shehu Sani has said that suspended Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor, Godwin Emefiele had tied the hands of Senators by shunning them on all invitations.

Sani stated this in a tweet on his Twitter handle @ShehuSani on Saturday.
“The Senate and CBN; They summoned him on Naira redesign and cash withdrawal limit, he shunned them and they invited him on the N500 DBN disbursement, he shunned them. The Buhari’s FG played with the Senate and the CBN like a toy. Lawan’s senate failed to hold the Governor accountable. He tied their hands,” he tweeted.
