Bauchi state governor, Bala Mohammed has described the administration of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as delusive, deceptive and clueless.
The governor was responding to journalists’ questions when he paid Sallah homage to his Sokoto state counterpart, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal at his private residence on Monday.
Mohammed, who said he was in Sokoto for normal traditional homage to Tambuwal and Sultan Sa’ad Abubakar, also described the APC as arbitrary and subjective.
He added that though the PDP aspirants are 17 in number, whoever wins primary election would be supported by all others.
“The feelers and chances for the PDP to win are there. People have suffered under the current administration; an administration of delusion and deception; people that are clueless.
“They have accused us of so many things but they are worse interns of where we are; in terms of security, services and infrastructure.
“So, Nigerians are wiser. We are subjecting ourselves to the judgment of Nigerians. We are not arrogant but we are hopeful that what befell Nigerians is enough to make them chose wisely,” the governor said.
According to him, “The PDP has always been there for 16 years and we have always exhibited democratic tendencies that are globally acceptable.
“The party is supreme and has a way of conducting primaries and of course, internal democracy is more deepened in PDP.
“We are not arbitrary; not subjective. Everybody is equal and of course we have a very solid national working committee on ground that will be able to incentivise, improvise ways and means for one of us to emerge and whoever emerges, all of us will support the person,” Mohammed said.
