A Professor of Physics at the Kaduna State University (KADSU), Rt Hon Matoh Dari Dogara has received a prestigious award from the Nigerian Institute of Physics (NIP).
Matoh bagged the Award at the yearly fellowship event of NIP held in Lagos yesterday.
According to the institute, Matoh earned a fellowship of the Nigeria Institute of Physics (FNIP), a rare award to only deserving physicists because of his record of academic excellence.
While presenting the award, Professor H.O Agbor, the President of the Institution, said; “Matoh has satisfied the condition laid down in the institution’s constitution and by-laws are elected a Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Physics and he is by this position entitled to all privileges granted by the institution,”
Matoh, an epoch politician has contributed to the development of humanity in his academic and political life.
“We are honoring you because of the immense contribution of your work to the growth and development of Physic,” Agboh added.
