The selection panel at the World Trade Organisation, WTO, has recommended Nigeria’s Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala as the new Director-General
ChannelsTV quotes Reuters as saying that a key group of WTO ambassadors proposed Okonjo-Iweala to lead the trade organisation on Wednesday.
The official announcement is expected to be made later today by WTO.
