The Lagos state government said a total of 277,672 indigent residents have been enrolled in its health insurance scheme, called Ilera Eko. The permanent secretary, health management agency, Dr. Emmanuella Zamba, disclosed this during the flag-off of the second phase of the state’s health insurance scheme.
