The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) and the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) are at loggerheads over the pump price of petrol. The Acting Director-General of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), Michael Ohiani says the organisation has implemented 173 concessions worth nine billion dollars since its inception in 2008.
