Terrorists have killed 10 persons and abducted several others in separate attacks in Birnin Gwari local government area of Kaduna state, ChannelsTV has reported. The Acting Director-General of the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC), Michael Ohiani says the organisation has implemented 173 concessions worth nine billion dollars since its inception in 2008.
