Thirty persons have reportedly died in fatal motor accident involving three hummer buses at Tashan Musa village in Kudan local government area of Kaduna state, along Kano-Zaria highway. According to eye witness account, the three vehicles involved in the accident immediately went into flames, causing passengers in the vehicles to burn beyond recognition. Confirming the incident, the Zaria unit of the Federal Road Safety Corp (FRSC) attributed the accident to over speeding, reckless driving and inpatience. Troops of 81 Division Nigerian Army (NA) in a joint operation conducted by Operation SWIFT RESPONSE have intercepted 148 Jerry cans of petroleum products at Imeko Afon Local Government Area (LGA) of Ogun.
