Sokoto police command have confirmed the arrest of suspects in possession of illegal firearms at Kwanawa in Dange/Shuni local government area of the state. Earlier, sources in the community confirmed the arrest of the suspects who were found with five AK47 riffles during a police special operation patrol. The Senate on Tuesday received a formal request from President Muhammadu Buhari seeking the Senate’s approval for the virement of N276,757,232,395 billion to fund expenditures in the 2021 budget.
