The Presidency has announced that the Channels Television will broadcast its exclusive interview with President Muhammadu Buhari on January 5, 2022 at 7 p.m. The President’s spokesman, Mr Femi Adesina made this known in a statement on Wednesday in Abuja. “Similarly, another interview session with the President by the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) will be aired on the network service of the station on January 6 at 8 p.m,” he added.

Oyo state government has fixed resumption of all public schools for the second term of 2021/2022 academic session for Monday, January 10, 2022. The Executive Chairman, Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board, Dr. Nureni Adeniran made the announcement during a New-Year prayer session with the staff of the board on Tuesday. The Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) says world total oil demand in 2021 is pegged at 96.5 million barrel per day (mb/d) and at 100.6 mb/d in 2022, surpassing pre-pandemic levels.
