The Director-General of the Progressive Governors Forum (PGF), Salihu Lukman, has resigned from his position. Lukman submitted his resignation letter to the Chairman of the Forum Abubakar Bagudu on Monday. The Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola has ordered prisons officers to kill anybody who attempts to attack any correctional facility in the country. Aregbesola gave the order on Monday while inspecting the facility at the Agodi Custodial Centre, Ibadan. The minister said the officer must make it impossible for anyone to penetrate the facility because it is a red zone.
