Dr Temitope Hussein, the President of the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan Chapter of the Nigerian Association of Resident Doctors (NARD), says the association lost 17 doctors to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has registered 66 new cases of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections in the country to 163,063.
