Gunmen on Thursday attacked Nuhu Bamalli Polytechnic Zaria, Kaduna state and abducted unspecified number of lecturers and their families. An official of Kaduna Sate Vigilance Service who did not want to be mentioned, said some students of the institution were also injured. Scientists have said that Dengue fever cases have been cut by 77% in a “groundbreaking” trial that manipulates the mosquitoes that spread it, BBC has reported. The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved a draft supplementary budget of N895 billion for the year 2021.
