Heavy downpours in many parts of Lagos early Wednesday morning, flooded many streets in Nigeria’s commercial nerve city, making it difficult for commuters to move to their destinations. Bandits have killed a lecturer with the Federal University Dutsinma (FUDMA) in Katsina State. Dr. Tiri Gyan David was killed in a fresh bandits’ attack in the early hours of Tuesday. The lecturer was the Head of the Department of Agricultural Economics, Extension, and Rural Development at the university.
