The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde as winner of the governorship election in the state.
Makinde is the candidate of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and who contested for the second term.
He polled 563,756 votes to defeat Telsim Folarin of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who polled 256,685.
