Rivers state governor, Nyeson Wike on Friday, hosted the Sultan of Sokoto and President General, Nigeria Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA), Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar in Port Harcourt.
Shortly after the governor received the Sultan in his Ada George residence, the duo held a closed-door meeting.
ASHENEWS reports that Sultan Abubakar was in Rivers to declare open the 37th Annual National Conference of the Federation of Muslim Women’s Association in Nigeria (FOMWAN).
