Enugu youth decry poor representation

Some aggrieved youths from Igbo-Eze/ Udenu Federal Constituency have vowed to enthrone good governance and quality representation come 2023.

The group under the aegis of Association of Good Governance (Youth wing) have decried the kind of poor representation marred by unnecessary rancour and bickering by some of their people who feel they are demi-god(s).

Rising from their emergency closed door meeting held on Ist day of April at  Obollo agreed that it is becoming clear that 2023 election will no longer be business as usual.

In his opening remark, the leader of the group, Nnaemeka Odoh, stated, “In all honesty, the enraging battle would be attractive because your guess is as good mine. This time around, we must put up resistance to their insistence.”

According to him, “some candidates foot soldiers are already on a PR overdrive trying so hard to market their unsellable Ogas. As people from the youth constituency, we shall never again allow them swallow our share under our gaze!”

Contributing, Ms Chioma Odoh stated that “it is high time we have the like of Engr Chris Emeka Azubogu of Anambra State represent us in Igbo-Eze North/Udenu Federal Constituency.”

The youths who gathered resolved that “anyone who by omission or commission was (or is) an enabler of tyrannical, despotic, nepotistic, self – aggrandizing  evil administration at any level of government, should spare the people their sugar coated  tongues and audio manifestos.”

They prayed that the delegates should say No to impunity and let the will of the Masses be done this time around.
