Ghana leads gold production, powering its export economy. The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) dominates copper and cobalt, critical for batteries and electronics. Botswana rules diamonds, Ethiopia coffee, and South Africa boasts platinum, iron ore, manganese, sugar, maize, and timber.
