The decision to equip the health sector by providing facilities, is especially notable because it incorporated the provision of two cardiac catheterization laboratories (Cath Lab), one each for the Usmanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital, Sokoto, and the University College Hospital, Ibadan.
