ASHENEWS reports that the Sokoto chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has described as unconstitutional, the state governor, Ahmed Aliyu’s execution of capital projects, allegedly without appropriation by the state House of Assembly as well as the state executive council resolution.
