The United Nations has raised the alarm over the possibility of an outbreak of Cholera disease at emergency Internally Displaced Person camps in Maduguri, Borno State as a result of reported flooding in the state.

ASHENEWS reports that the Borno state government says it is investigating the alleged involvement of some non-governmental organisations (NGOs) in the recurrent burning of Internally Displaced Persons camps in the state.
