The petition alleges that some of the dealers currently detained by the IRT, include Alhaji Aminu Sarkin Zabarmawan Kebbi and his two shop attendants; Alh. Musa Aliyu; Alh. Nuhu Usman; Anas Aminu; Yahaya (Tailor from Rigasa); and also several PoS operators.
