Less than nine days to the Bayelsa governorship election, a fresh suit seeking the disqualification of Gov. Douye Diri and his deputy, Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, has commenced at a Federal High Court (FHC), Abuja.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has disassociated itself from a purported national campaign council lists for November 11, 2023 governorship elections for Bayelsa, Kogi and Imo States in circulation in sections of the media.
