XConnect, a Somos Company and global leader in numbering intelligence solutions, has acquired the business of Sekura.id, a top provider of mobile identity, authentication, and fraud prevention services.
This strategic move combines XConnect’s trusted telephone number intelligence expertise with Sekura.id’s innovative mobile ID verification technology. Sekura.id’s access to real-time mobile subscriber data will enhance XConnect’s risk and identity services, including APIs for Know Your Customer (KYC), Number Verification, and mobile authentication.
The acquisition brings Sekura.id expanded global resources to offer new capabilities. At the same time, XConnect’s customers—including telcos, CPaaS, and ID&V providers—will benefit from enhanced fraud prevention tools for enterprise clients in e-commerce, fintech, banking, and digital services.
