2023: APC wins presidential elections in Bosso, Paikoro LGAs in Niger

#Nigeriadecides- ASHENEWS reports that the Presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu has emerged as the winner in Bosso and Paikoro local government areas of Niger State.

Prof. Ishaq Oyemisi, the collating officer for Paikoro local government area said that a total of 42,060 votes were cast, out of which 2,172 were rejected by the commission.
Below are the details of the results as announced by Prof. Oyemisi.

In Bosso, the All Progressives Congress (APC) polled 19,767 votes in 10 wards in the local government area.

According to local government Collation Officer, Prof. Yakubu Danasabe Muhammed, the commission accredited 45,563 voters out of which 42,929 votes were counted as valid votes.

ASHENEWS earlier reported that the All Progressives Congress (APC) won in Gbako, Edati, Gurara, and Wushishi local government areas of Niger State.

As of the time of writing this report, eight local government Collation Officers have submitted the results of Saturday’s Presidential election at the Presidential Election Collation Centre in Minna.
