#NigeriaDecides – ASHENEWS reports that the residents of Minna, the capital of Niger State, and those of Sokoto turned out en mass, to elect their preferred presidential, and National Assembly candidates during the ongoing February 25 elections.
ASHENEWS reporters in Niger and Sokoto report that voters, especially women, trooped out in large number, as early as 7.30 am in readiness to cast their votes.

When ASHENEWS visited polling unit 016 on Aliero Road at Gidan Igwai area at 8.37 am, the electoral officers posted to the unit, were yet to arrive while voters were queued up waiting for their arrival.



At the Magajin Gari B polling unit, located at Salihu Anka Model Primary School, Kofar Kade, voters came out en mass, and lined up to cast their votes.
