The Dangote Petroleum Refinery has registered seven members of the Major Oil Marketers Association of Nigeria (MOMAN) for the purchase and distribution of its refined petroleum products from the refinery.
The Office of the Special Adviser on Social Media to President Bola Tinubu, made the disclosure in a tweet on its X handle on Sunday.
According to the statement, after the terms between Dangote Refinery, and the MOMAN members are finalised, nationwide fuel distribution would begin.
The MOMAN members include 11 Plc, Conoil Plc, Ardova Plc, MRS Oil Nigeria Plc, OVH Energy Marketing Limited, Total Nigeria Plc, and NNPC Retail.
The refinery is designed to load up to 2,900 trucks daily at its truck-loading gantries.
The tweet further disclosed that while the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has plan to discuss loading terms with the refinery, the Petroleum Products Retail Outlets Owners Association of Nigeria (PETROAN) is discussing with the Dangote Refinery on the supply of products from the facility.
