In response to the increasing prevalence of infertility among young Nigerians, the Quiver Full Foundation is set to host the 2025 Annual Fertility Conference on January 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
The online event aims to explore the impact of modern diets, lifestyle habits, and medications on reproductive health.
The conference will feature esteemed experts, including Dr. Abayomi Ajayi of Nordica Fertility Centre and entrepreneur Mrs. Yewande Zaccheaus, who will share insights into the complex interplay between lifestyle choices and infertility.
Mental health professional Mrs. Gbemi Adekoya and Apostle Femi Lazarus will also discuss the emotional and psychological aspects of infertility, as well as available treatment options.
Ajayi emphasized the multifaceted nature of infertility, stating, “Dietary habits, lifestyle choices, and even stress play significant roles in reproductive health. This conference will provide valuable guidance on how individuals can optimize their health to improve fertility outcomes.”
Since its establishment in 2017, the Quiver Full Foundation has facilitated pregnancies for at least 40 Nigerian couples, resulting in the birth of 20 babies through advanced fertility technologies.
The Founder, Mrs. Catherine Oyenike Abagun, recently recognized with the 2024 NHN International Woman of Excellence Award in Doha, Qatar, expressed the foundation’s commitment to education and support for couples on their fertility journey.
The conference is free to attend, and interested participants can register through the Quiver Full Foundation’s website or social media platforms. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with experts, ask questions, and receive guidance on best practices for fertility care.
