Prioritize Sleep

Regular Exercise

Dr. Seyfried says regular exercise is crucial for cancer prevention.
It boosts mitochondria, lowers inflammation, and supports autophagy.

Easy options:

  • Walk
  • Swim
  • Lift weights

Just move daily — any activity helps.

Reduce Stress

Chronic stress harms your mitochondria and fuels inflammation — two major cancer triggers.

To lower stress:

  • Try meditation or breathwork
  • Prioritize rest
