The General Manager of the Sokoto State Water Board, Engr. Aminu Haruna Mika’ilu, has congratulated Gov. Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto and the leader of the APC in the state, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, on the occasion of Gov. Aliyu’s third anniversary in office.
In a congratulatory message, Engr. Mika’ilu said the administration’s achievements over the past three years reflected steady progress in infrastructure development and people-oriented governance across Sokoto State. He noted that the government had renewed hope among residents through interventions in water supply, education, healthcare, and rural development.
According to him, the Water Board has recorded significant improvements in expanding access to clean and safe water in both urban and rural communities under Gov. Aliyu’s leadership. He also commended Sen. Wamakko for what he described as his fatherly guidance, political direction, and unwavering support for the APC-led administration in the state.
Engr. Mika’ilu reaffirmed the Water Board’s commitment to the governor’s 9-Point Agenda, pledging intensified efforts toward improving water service delivery, rehabilitating aging infrastructure, and easing the burden on households. He also prayed for Allah’s continued guidance and protection for Gov. Aliyu and Sen. Wamakko as they continue to lead the state.
