ASHENEWS reports that the Niger state government has signed a memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kent State University Ohio, in the United States of America to establish a study center in Minna, the Niger State capital.

The chief press secretary to the state governor, Bologi Ibrahim stated this in a statement issued in Minna.

“The collaboration which is aimed at making a holistic transformational impact on the education sector in the state, is also expected to foster intellectual and cultural exchange among others.”
