The State High Court, presided by Justice Christy Dabup has discharged and acquitted former governor of Plateau, Sen. Jonah Jang of alleged misappropriation of the sum of N6.3 billion belonging to the state.
Discharged and acquitted along with Jang is a former cashier in the office of the Secretary to the state government, Yusuf Pam, who was accused alongside the former governor.
