Bauchi state governor, Bala Mohammed on Wednesday sacked the secretary to the state government, SSG, his chief of staff, commissioners and other political appointees.
This is contained in statement by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media and Publicity, Mukhtar Gidado made available to newsmen.
The dissolution however did not affect Special Advisers on Security, Social Investment, Special Adviser National and State Assembly Liaison and Media and Publicity.
Mohammed ordered the commissioners to hand over to permanent secretaries in their various ministries while the SSG and the chief of staff will handover to the most senior officer in their offices.
The governor thanked them for their contributions to governance and wished them well in their future endeavour.
