Ahead of the June 6 to 8, 2022 presidential primary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), President Muhammadu Buhari is at present, in a crucial meeting with APC governors.
The meeting, which started at 12pm being held at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
In attendance at the meeting are Secretary to Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha and Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari.
All APC governors are in attendance, including Ekiti, Nasarawa, Plateau, Yobe, Kebbi, Imo, Zamfara, Borno, Katsina, Kano, Kaduna, Kogi, Lagos, Ondo, Nasarawa, Niger, among others.
Though the agenda of the meeting is not immediately known, the scheduled primary election of the party is expected to top the discussions.
