The Imole Progressive Network (IPN) has announced the launch of a free Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) scholarship scheme for 150 students across the Ondo North Senatorial District.
In a statement issued by the organisation’s Youth Coordinator, Olawale Ijanusi, the initiative was approved by the district’s senatorial aspirant, Engr. Michael Abayomi Adeyanju, as part of efforts to promote educational development and give back to communities in the area.
Ijanusi disclosed that printed application form templates are now available and are being distributed to Local Government coordinators, who are expected to ensure they reach the ward level and are issued strictly to students in genuine need. He added that a verification process will be implemented and closely monitored to ensure transparency and fairness.
Tagged “Engr. Michael Abayomi Adeyanju Free JAMB Scholarship 2026,” the programme is aimed at students preparing to sit for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
Prospective beneficiaries have been advised to follow a three-step registration process: obtain a National Identification Number (NIN); generate a JAMB profile code by sending their NIN via SMS in the format “NIN 12345678901” to 55019 using a phone number linked to their NIN; and write the profile code received from JAMB on the application form provided by coordinators before awaiting further instructions.
The IPN leadership reiterated its commitment to supporting students and advancing educational opportunities across Ondo North Senatorial District.
