Niger Foods Security Systems and Logistics Company Limited has clarified that the recent disengagement of some staff members was part of its routine operational process and not an indication of organisational instability.
The company made the clarification in a statement issued by its Information Officer, Rashidat AbdulRahman, explaining that the development resulted from its project-based engagement model.
According to the statement, Niger Foods structures its operations around clearly defined projects with specific objectives, timelines and allocated resources, rather than continuous operational streams.
It noted that staff engagement under this model is tied to the lifespan of individual projects, adding that personnel disengagement naturally occurs upon the completion of such projects.
The company said the approach allows for flexibility, customised solutions and efficient execution of projects, in line with its off-take agreements and operational goals.
Niger Foods emphasised that it remains stable and fully operational, stressing that its mandate and ongoing activities have not been disrupted by the development.
The company further reaffirmed its commitment to the New Niger Agenda, assuring the people of Niger State of its dedication to job creation and economic growth.
It also expressed appreciation to the public for their understanding, support and continued trust in its operations.
